Made for Mermaids Mama Stella & Mama Bridgette

I haven’t been this excited about pattern releases for myself in a while. I’ve been on a sewing for Emma kick. I need to post about that and I will. But first. This.

I’ve never been an open back shirt girl. Not because I don’t like them, but because I can’t get away with not wearing a bra. And I hate having a bra show.  I have seen the adorable bralettes in stores but didn’t want to pay for them, nor did they ever fit me right.

So I was thrilled to try out the Mama Stella with the Mama Bridgette. And let me tell you, they didn’t disappoint. IMG_1048edit.jpg

This beautiful mint dot Rayon Spandex French Terry is from So Sew English and I am obsessed. The color is so pretty and the this fabric feels like it was made for this pattern.IMG_1050edit

My double galloon lace for the bralette is from Surge fabric shop.  It was my first time working with stretch lace and or making any kind of bra.  I’m so pleased with the result!IMG_095edit

Short post but I had to share my love for this combo!!
